The 4th Annual 12:1 Run Health and Fitness Expo will take place on Friday, September 30th from 4pm-8pm, and Saturday, October 1st from 7am-12pm in the Harmony Bible Church foyer.  Booths will be available from several area health and fitness vendors, with each business giving away free drawings.
